Fibromyalgia Support Blogs And Such

It is kind of incredible to make the connection with another human that understands what it is like to struggle, especially if they understand what it is like to cope with a similar condition to yours. I always find comfort in meeting and knowing others who “get it”. What I love most is sharing hope with another person, and I love those moments when you can say, “Yes! I feel that way too!” Sometimes, when you forget that others do truly understand, when you get lost in your own world or mind, it feels really lonely, it can feel desolate. In the spirit of great community, I am thankful for the opportunity to share with you a list of 50 Great Blogs For Fibromyalgia Support.

I am so honored to be a part of the list.

It is especially humbling during a time when I am feeling a little pang of self-doubt. Feeling extra ill and unable to do the things I would like to do these last several days has taken a mental toll. It is, admittedly, not hard for me to fall into the old habit of feeling less than useful. (Don’t you love how often I wear my vulnerabilities on my sleeve?!) I started looking at my blog stats and pondering things like page views, subscribers, etc, and then feeling “unsuccessful”. But, it doesn’t really matter how many people visit or how many people approve of what I say or do here. What matters is that I might help one person, I might be able to let one person know that they are not alone and maybe that will happen at just the right time, when they need to know that most.

I am extremely happy to be a part of a list of amazing bloggers and others who provide support and encouragement for those who live with Fibromyalgia. I am pleased as punch! But, I am happiest knowing when someone finds that their struggle, no matter the condition, and my struggle, somehow relate; and that because we each are working to live a more beautiful life, we are stronger, together.
